Protech Nepal strictly follows DoFE regulations and ethical recruitment standards. We do not charge workers hidden or excessive fees. Government-regulated service fees, if any, are transparently disclosed upfront. We believe workers should arrive at their destination without crushing debt, and we actively work with employers who share this standard.
What documents do I need to apply for foreign employment?
Typical required documents include: valid passport, national ID (citizenship), academic certificates, police clearance, medical fitness certificate, employment-specific skill certificates, and passport-size photos. Additional documents may be required depending on the destination country and job type. Our team will provide a complete checklist at your initial consultation.
How long does the placement process take?
For Japan SSW placements, the process typically takes 3–5 months from registration to departure — this includes Japanese language training (N4 level), skills test preparation, employer matching, and visa processing. TITP/JEPQ timelines are similar: 3–6 months including sending organisation coordination. We provide a personalised timeline at your initial consultation.
