Prabej Jung Shah began his career in banking, building a deep understanding of financial systems and enterprise operations. He then moved into technology sales, serving as Head of Sales for British and Russian-based software companies — gaining international exposure in enterprise software and B2B technology markets.
Between 2017 and 2019, Prabej taught Business at A-level at British Model College, where Pravin Khatri was among his students. That teacher–student relationship informally sparked a business partnership from 2017 itself — formalised in 2020 when Binex Solution Private Limited (est. 2014 by Prabej) was re-registered as Pregasus Enterprises, co-founded with Pravin Khatri, as the technology and industrial backbone of Oubaitori Group.
He also brings expertise in investment portfolio management, bridging the worlds of finance and technology to ensure Pregasus's solutions are always commercially grounded.
